Sanitary-technical installations and electrical installations are being completed on the construction site. The installation of plasterboard partitions, gluing of tiles and tiling and laying of laminate floors is in progress.
The interior plasters in the flats in all three blocks are completely finished, the facade and roof are finished in blocks B and C, and the anhydrite floors are then finished in block C. Plasters and screeds of common areas, completion of the facade and roof on block A, rough distribution of electrical installations and rough distribution of sanitary installations are now underway.
Facade insulation, roof installation and plastering of interior walls is in progress.
The construction of the perimeter walls is completed and all windows on the 1st floor and 2nd floor are also installed. Preparatory work is currently underway for the construction of the roof, the alignment of the windows on the 3rd floor and the grooving for electrical installations
